Adverse weather is affecting the radio link currently serving Berkeley Square. Our engineers are doing what they can to ameliorate this for National Fibre customers there.
Unfortunately, we're still waiting for the dedicated fibre to be dug into the building, which has been delayed by the council due to necessary road closures. We're expecting the contractor update on Monday next week.

Your order is currently with our network extension team while they work with the contractor's to install a live FWDP.
Today our extension team have advised that the contractor's have now spoken with the traffic management company got we have the quotes for the TM.
We are currently waiting for these quotes to be approved. Once approved, our contractor's can request a date for when the TM can be set up.
We're expecting the next update at the end of next week.
Latest update regarding the incoming fibre (excuse the grammar):
Our extension team have advised that they are currently waiting on our contractor's to send the quote and the drawings over for the traffic management that is required to complete the civils work that is required on the extension route.
Our contractor's are working with the traffic management company to get all these quotes. Once we get these and the cost's have been approved, the team will work with the contractor's to arrange a date for the work to be completed.
It sounds like the council has finally approved works.
