Introduction of Additional DWDM Channel to THW-THN Path

On the evening of 12th December (technically morning of 13th) we will be introducing an additional DWDM wavelength on our THW-THN path. This is for additional resilience and capacity. We expect this will cause a brief period of instabililty to devices connecting into rs141.d.faelix.net and rs143.n.faelix.net.
