We've received sporadic reports of some odd speed/latency issues in Manchester, which seem to have one router in common. This router is currently showing 100% CPU usage on all of its cores, which is unexpected. Another router of the same model and with a similar traffic profile — but a different version of the software — is showing 1% usage across all cores. We're going to perform a software update and reboot the affected device as part of an emergency maintenance at 03:00 UTC (04:00 BST).
