  Carrier update:

  We will be undertaking emergency works from midnight on the Telehouse West POP which will involve disruption to carrier interconnects as we try and track down the cause of todays issues.

  We don't take the use of such emergency measures lightly, but deem this essential to us tracking down the cause.

  We will keep disruption of these services down to the absolute minimum. Further updates will follow.

  We are continuing to investigate issues at Telehouse West. The majority of circuits will be operational whilst this continues. Apologies for this unexpected outage.

  The affected carrier has issued a status notice to us saying that they are investigating, but the only service we currently observe as down is our out-of-band in Telehouse West.
