We have received notice from our mobile network partner:

Customers are experiencing issues creating new data sessions due to timeouts on Radius. Existing data sessions not affected.

We are investigating these issues with our internal team.

    All statistics in the monitoring tools have returned to normal since 01:00 UTC. Data gathered in the investigation shows that ~5% of all customer devices received a time-out when sending a request to open a new data session, but after a retry, it succeeded with no errors, so there was no service-affecting impact.

    The root cause investigation continues.
