Switch Upgrades in Telehouse North Backbone

Following some issues with a network switch in Telehouse North, we will be performing maintenance early in the morning of 9th May to update software on the affected device, and upgrade other devices as pre-emptive maintenance.

Prior to works we will shutdown BGP sessions to upstream and wholesale providers; to LONAP peering; and to downstream customers connected to the devices being upgraded.

During the period 03:00 till 06:00 (UK local time) there will be a series of short disruptions to layer-2 services passing through Faelix's ring switches rs143 and rs144 in Telehouse North.
