One of our routers has sporadically dropped routes and re-instated them before crashing and rebooting. This has caused some packet loss to some customers.

We believe the network is stabilised now.

Further investigation shows that there was an error programming routes from the RIB to the FIB on one of our routers in Williams House, which was fixed by the reset. We will schedule a router software upgrade in the near future where we believe a newer version may have addressed this.
