We are planning a follow-on maintenance to update switch firmware revisions as we believe this is caused by a memory leak in the control plane.

The switch crashed and power-cycled around 19:29:00 UTC. Customers are split across two physical units, so will have seen a very brief outage while bonding or routing protocols recalculated best paths. The affected switch has come back into service now and has been stable for the last 30 minutes. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
