We have been advised that a vehicle has crashed into Reynolds House:
[Equinix facilities management has] reported a car has driven into NOC area. Damage currently being assessed.
Site manager is en route to site.
Police have been called and are en route.
This notice is for information only at this stage: no services are affected.

Equinix has reported that police are on site and currently assessing building damage.

Equinix has reported that building damage is still being assessed but there has been no impact to the main datacentre area. Facility staff are currently assisting in clearing up damage and extra security have been deployed on site.

Equinix has reported that building damage has been assessed by buildings surveyor and he reported there has been no major structural damage to building and NOC area. Extra security have been deployed on site for the night and a further update will follow in the morning or if any new information is reported.

The provider has sent a senior engineer to site and they are currently investigating their router.

Remedial works to the NOC and impacted area are continuing. There has been no impact to the datacentre area or to site access. Extra security are onsite and patrolling the area.

The external perimeter fencing has now been repaired. All impacted areas have been fully secured. There has been no impact to customers and customer access. Extra security are on site throughout the weekend.
