18:15:00Our supplier has confirmed the issue was related to their network.
Our engineers found no issue eon dark fibre ,they found one of the legs of the cross connect was damaged.

11:38:00As multiple wavelengths are affected, we believe this is a problem with the underlying fibre rather than a single failed optic. We have reported the issue to the fibre provider.
Traffic is currently taking the secondary path from Telehouse West to Interxion, going via Telehouse North.
